She was already drawing me and my friend in when we were standing farther away deciding what we wanted to order. She told us the deals of getting 2 slices and drink or 3 slices and a drink, and did this all with a positive attitude and a smile! She was so sweet and gave us free dipping sauce, and a brownie for me and one for my friend and simply asked us to write a review! Such a positive experience and this Fresh Slice is by far my favourite I have been to, not only because of today, but because of the continued effort and great experiences I always have with the food, and employees working! Took my 2 year old daughter for last minute pizza right at time mall was suppose to close, and we just wanted a couple slices of the garlic cheese pizza which they didnt have anymore available. The owner made sure we had our pizza cravings satisfied and made a fresh whole garlic cheese pizza, just so we had our slices. Was ABSOLUTELY delicious and hit the spot. “ How refreshing to not only get the food that I paid for but get it on time with a smile and from people who are clearly eager to make sure that their customers leave excited to return for more! I feel like Ive traveled back in time.... back to the olden days when customer service was a thing!!!! I’m glad somebody has not forgotten about it!!! I went in to pick up an order of one Pizza abut they offered me another for only 6, then another for free because the order was cancelled. they also gave me frisbees and homemade dipping sauce so that more people could smile when they think of FRESH SLICE and the crew at this location . I have had several unbelievably horrific experiences with another location in town... Parm didn’t even know about that yet he still made sure I no longer get heart palpitations when I think of fresh slice pizza, I’m actually excited to write this and to come back!!!! You guys set the bar and the “ community should take notice.... Both to fill their tummies but also to remember old fashioned businesses practices such how the quality of the product is only as good as the quality of the interaction Yay!!! THANK YOU ”
